Introduction HCS Exam:

The governmental body of the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) conducts the Haryana Civil Service (HCS) Exam every year. This is the single most prestigious competitive exam in Haryana, as it recruits successful candidates in the administrative task force of the state.

Like all the other state and national-level competitive exams, candidates have to fulfill a set of criteria with the HCS Exam apply online option. These criteria strive to make sure that everyone appearing for the exam is treated fairly - taking into account their background. The HPSC does not support any foul play taking place during the exam and does everything in its power to prevent any of it from happening at all.

Let us take a closer look at the key highlights and eligibility criteria for the HCS Exam.

Their job locations are scattered across the state of Haryana, wherever they are required to serve.

The HCS Exam is conducted in two languages - English and Hindi. The question paper comes in both languages, allowing the candidates to answer in the language they are most comfortable with. But it is important to remember, especially for the HCS Mains Exam where explanatory answers are to be written, that the candidate must maintain one language medium throughout the paper. That is to say; the candidate cannot alternate between writing answers in English and Hindi on a single paper.
